COMPETENT - ENGAGED - RELIABLE
PatoGen’s relationship with employees, and inter-employee relationships, will be characterized by mutual respect, loyalty and generosity.
For our customers, PatoGen will contribute competence, innovation and security. Using our services will provide our customers with increased sustainability and a sound reputation. PatoGen will act with respect, confidentiality and ambitions for our customers. We will deliver quality and build trust.
The coming generations must have the same opportunities as us to use the environment. Resources in nature must not be taxed to the extent the environment suffers, and PatoGen will therefore work to preserve these resources.
PatoGen will promote animal welfare and fish health, with a focus on preventing infection, disease and injury, so that the fish are less susceptible to suffering.
We inspire actions for healthier fish by providing expertise and high-quality data to generate sustainable growth of seafood production.
PatoGen is accredited in accordance with international standard ISO17025. Accreditation is a voluntary approval scheme involving an official recognition that an organisation is working in accordance with a documented quality system and satisfies specified international standards.
